  ABOUT WATERFORD QUILTERS GUILD

Our Guild Meeting is held every second Wednesday of the month at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church (37108 Glendale Street, Purcellville, VA 20132). The business meeting begins at 10:00 a.m. followed by show and tell and a program. There is time to socialize from 9:30 to 10:00 and after the meeting until 2:00 o’clock. A Guild Bee on the fourth Wednesday of the month is held in member’s homes. Some of the members also enjoy a Bee at the Purcellville Train Station on the first Wednesday of the month from 10:00 until 2:00 or a Guild Night Bee on the third Wednesday of the month from 6:30 to 9:00 at the Purcellville Library. All the Bees are social get-togethers where members work on their own projects.

Dues are collected in January. Use the Contacts portion of our website to help you answer any questions you may have about us. If you wish to join, please use our Membership area to join, or feel free to contact us.

Members receive a monthly newsletter that provides all the latest news, upcoming events and other activities.

A Letter from our President

Quilting is my passion. Quilters are just like that - passionate about colors, design, piecing, from one end of the spectrum to the other. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, quilters just love to learn something new. We also love to share that passion with others. Quilters think positively, and dream big. We are energetic and compassionate. We know how a quilt tells a story. We love how a quilt makes us feel warm, inside and out.

We at Waterford provide programs that elevate skill levels as well as provide new ways of doing things. We strive to stretch your talents - and have fun doing it in the process. There are so many talented individuals within our guild alone that are well known throughout the U.S. And that love of quilting drives them to share their extraordinary abilities to help others achieve excellence. I'm blessed and proud to be part of this organization.

Help us spread the warmth!

Sincerely,

Nancine Pike
President
